Job Description
BVRH is a not-for-profit housing authority responsible for provincial housing programs in K-Country, the M.D. of Bighorn, Banff National Park, and the Towns of Banff and Canmore. Well-developed interpersonal and customer service are ideal for this important position. The role is a casual position, with days and times varying according to our scheduling needs, with fully paid lunch breaks and rest breaks. The General Aide role reports to the Client Services Manager and collaborates with other team members. You will assist us in meeting the needs of our clients through housekeeping, laundry and custodial work while focusing on safety and customer service

Perks & Benefits
The role enjoys a rewarding hourly wage that, depending on experience and performance, falls within an annually reviewed range. The starting wage is $22.25 per hour, plus a 5% livability premium, and shift premiums for evening and weekend shifts, and annual performance-based merit reward. We also offer staff meal plans, and some housing assistance, which is currently quite limited.
