Job Description

Well-developed interpersonal and customer service are ideal for this important position. The role is a casual position, with days and times varying according to our scheduling needs, with fully paid lunch breaks and rest breaks. The General Aide role reports to the Lodge Supervisor and Operations Manager and collaborates with other team members. You will assist us in meeting the needs of our clients through housekeeping, laundry and custodial work while focusing on safety and customer service. This position is for our Banff location (Cascade House).

Perks & Benefits
The role enjoys a rewarding hourly wage that, depending on experience and performance, falls within an annually reviewed range. The starting wage is $22.75 per hour, plus a 5% livability premium, and shift premiums for evening and weekend shifts and the annual performance-based merit reward. We also offer staff meal plan and some housing assistance, which is currently quite limited.
