Job Overview: Event Coordinator at Boundary Ranch
As an Event Coordinator at Boundary Ranch, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing a variety of western-themed events and hospitality experiences. We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to become a permanent member of our team, contributing to our collaborative workspace and family-owned business atmosphere. Your primary focus will be on creating memorable experiences for our guests, accommodating groups ranging from 1 to 1000.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of western events, including corporate retreats, weddings, family reunions, and themed parties.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert guidance on event design, logistics, and services.
Manage event details such as catering, décor, entertainment, transportation, and schedule coordination.
Oversee on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
Work closely with other departments, including catering and hospitality, to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services for events.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a hospitality or ranch setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
