Job Description

Overview:
As a cook at Boundary Ranch, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. You will collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present a range of dishes according to the ranch’s menu, including:
Grilled meats (steaks, burgers, ribs)
Fresh salads and sides
Rustic comfort food (stews, casseroles)
Desserts (cakes, pies)
Perform prep work including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and organizing kitchen stations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
Collaborate with serving staff to ensure timely dish delivery and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
