Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Rental/Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about sharing their love for the outdoors. This is a hands-on position involving primarily Bike and bear spray rentals, retail sales, and providing exceptional service to visitors from around the world.

Job Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Previous retail or rental experience is an asset, but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Knowledge of biking, outdoor gear, and local trails/activities
- Experience with social media content creation or marketing
- Passion for the mountain lifestyle and sharing it with others
