Position Overview
We require a full-time Houseperson, who will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Basecamp Property Management Ltd standards.

Salary: $20.00 per hour
Shifts: 8-hour shifts, Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
– Stripping rooms and taking garbage out.
– Delivering linens from main laundry to housekeeping storage rooms.
– Assisting the Guest Services and Housekeeping teams with daily tasks.
– Delivering items to guest room upon request of Guest Services.
– Keeping towels in gym areas well stocked and ensuring dirty towels are delivered to laundry
– Respond to guest requests that do not require maintenance assistance such as, door lock battery replacement, TV & Remote-Control issues, minor plumbing blockage, light bulb replacement, breakers and minor A/C service.
– Maintaining cleanliness of parking lots and other outdoor areas.
– Maintaining cleanliness of the main lobby and public areas.
– Emptying outdoor garbage’s and refundable.
– Wiping patio tables and chairs.
– Maintaining cleanliness of Resort BBQ’s and reporting deficiencies to management.
– Helping café and front desk when needed.
