Position Overview
We require a full-time houseperson that will be assisting our Maintenance, Housekeeping and Guest Services teams with guest inquiries, troubleshooting and groundskeeping at our Northwinds by Basecamp in Canmore. There will be some duties that are required to be done daily and others that are only needed on case-by-case basis. A strong, motivated team is already in place, and we are looking for the same drive and commitment.

Salary: $18 per hour
Shifts: Full-time/Permanent
Location: Northwinds by Basecamp, Canmore

Key Responsibilities
– Help maintain order of the housekeeping storage rooms.
– Assist housekeeping team with the stripping of rooms.
– Assist the Guest Services and Housekeeping teams with daily tasks.
– Deliver items to guest rooms upon request of Guest Services.
– Keep towels in common areas well stocked and ensure dirty towels are delivered to laundry.
– Respond to guest requests that do not require maintenance assistance such as, door lock battery replacement, TV & Remote-Control issues, minor plumbing blockage, light bulb replacement, breakers and minor A/C service.
– Maintain cleanliness of the main lobby.
– Wipe patio tables and chairs.
– Maintain cleanliness of front entrance.
– Wipe and disinfect exterior guest lock.
