Job Description
As our Guest Experience Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of our front-of-house operation. You’ll oversee a dedicated team, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in and waiver processing to crafting lasting memories in Banff National Park. Your influence extends beyond trail rides – you’ll play a key role in shaping guest satisfaction across all areas, including cowboy cookouts and backcountry lodges.
This position will require you to:
• Lead and inspire: Foster a thriving team environment, providing training and support to your Guest Services personnel.
• Collaboration is key: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to deliver exceptional experiences for all our guests.
• Be the voice of the customer: Develop and implement guest-centric policies and procedures, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations.
• Resolve issues with a smile: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• You have experience managing cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in exceeding customer expectations.
• A genuine interest in the Western lifestyle is a plus!
