Love Banff and Lake Louise? Passionate about helping visitors make the most of their time here? Join our team as a Visitor Experience Specialist!
In this role, you’ll connect with visitors in-person, over the phone, and on LiveChat, offering expert trip-planning advice to ensure they have an unforgettable experience in Banff National Park.
Multiple start dates available from April-June. The job posting will remain active until we find the right candidates. Please submit both your résumé and cover letter for consideration. Pleasant, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanour
Excellent customer service skills
Love being part of a team that likes to work hard and play hard
Passion for tourism and local knowledge of Banff and Lake Louise
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ease and comfort of English
Speaking a second language is an asset
