We’re seeking a Sous Chef to join us at Park! Park is a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Our menu features campfire-inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties served alongside our award-winning spirits. We are the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park. Job Requirements
2–3 years of kitchen experience (supervisory experience is a plus)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Cool under pressure, calm and collected in a fast-paced environment
Great communicator who values teamwork and positive culture

Flexible schedule and ready to jump in when needed
