Job Description
We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us at Lupo! Ranked 6th in Canada’s 100 Best Top 10 New Restaurants in Canada, 2023. Transport yourself to the streets of Italy with views of Banff. Line Cooks on PM shift –
What You’ll Do:
Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Assist with training new team members as required
Line Cook on AM shift –
What You’ll Do:
Preparing fresh hand-made pasta ensuring standards are being met
Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure all pasta prep is completed on time
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Assist with training new team members as required

Job Requirements
Excellent work ethic and communication skills
2+ years culinary experience
Experience in fine dining is an asset
Experience preparing and working with hand-made pasta is an asset
Strong attention to detail
You thrive in a fast-paced environment
