Job Description
We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us this summer at Chuck’s Steakhouse! Banff’s most luxe restaurant, Chuck’s Steakhouse features an exclusive collection of the highest quality, locally sourced Alberta beef served up in a stylish ranch-inspired dining room with panoramic mountain views. Our in-house dry aged, 100% Alberta beef is grilled over hardwood and mesquite, then finished to perfection under an 1800-degree broiler. Chuck’s Steakhouse is the true Alberta beef experience. What You Will Do:
-Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
-Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
-Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
-Assist with training new team members as required
