Job Description
We’re seeking a Chef de Partie to join us at Bluebird! Bluebird is a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef including your favorite classic cuts and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. What You’ll Do:
Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
Oversee assigned section
Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Assist with training new team members

Previous culinary experience in a similar role is required
