Job Requirements
Responsibilities include: the activities of the Front Office, Reservations, Guest Activities, and to ensure adherence to brand and company standards, policies, and procedures
Assist to ensure that other awesome people are selected, hired and trained in all areas of responsibility
Ensure the proper image is being maintained by all team members with respect to grooming and uniform standards
Assist the Innkeeper with the execution of marketing, sales, and operational activities
Maintain reservation systems: Yield Management System and Property Management System
Ensure implementation of appropriate technology solutions to increase customer service and hotel revenues
Make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with an emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, revenues as well as reducing costs
Respond properly and take a supervisory role in any hotel emergency or safety situation, as well as ensure the proper control and instructions of said emergency procedures

Encouraging our guests to get out there and explore our beautiful mountains and national park
Be physically active in the mountains (hiking, biking, paddling, walking etc.), be the example for your guests and colleagues
Practise preventive maintenance programs that protect the physical assets of the hotel
