This job is so much more than driving between YYC and Banff. You’ll be the smiling face of Banff Airporter to our customers, welcoming them as they start their holidays, and bidding them farewell as they head home. Our happiest drivers are those that are passionate about the beautiful place in which we live, and want to share that passion with their passengers.

Days of work will be Monday to Thursday for 40 hours / week.

Schedule is as follows: 12:30 Scheduled Shuttle service driver

Monday-Wednesday

Hours 11:45am – 00:30 (midnight)

12:30am Banff-YYC. 1530 YYC-Banff. 1930 Banff-YYC. 2230 YYC-Banff.

Thursday

Hours 11:45am – 1730

12:30am Banff-YYC. 1530 YYC-Banff

While our hourly base wage is $20.02/hr, your actual earnings will range from $23-$30/hr with the various add on gratuities offered.

Gratuity on Charter shifts – 75% of the gratuity is given to you. Averages an extra $3-$6 / hour.
While driving a shift on the Scheduled shuttle or a Rover, you will be paid $1.20 per person that you move on that run(s). Averages an extra $3.25 / hour.
Cash tips in hand, range everyday from $10 – $80 / day.
Tip Brightly QR code on the bus. Guests send you money directly into your account.

The Details

Our fleet is made up of custom made Mercedes Sprinter Vans & 24 seater buses.
We will provide you with all of the relevant training. You will not be left to fend for yourself.
Our fleet is cleaned and fuelled by professional detailers.
Our fleet is maintained by professional mechanics in our in-house shop.
You will be provided with uniforms at no cost to you.
In order to drive, you need a class 4 license and you should be over the age of 25.
You must be able to handle 50+ pound bags repeatedly.
The job requires some basic computer skills.
Communication skills are a must. You need to have clear English speaking skills.
