Job Description
The Juniper Hotel offers boutique hospitality in a unique setting, surrounded by nature but only moments away from downtown Banff. We offer 52 guest rooms, authentically warm hospitality, and some of the best views in the valley. Our small, friendly team are committed to connecting our guests with Banff National Park and all the adventures it offers.
The Front Desk Agent is the welcoming face of the Juniper Hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an effortless check-in and check-out experience. This role involves managing reservations, assisting guests with their inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to uphold a remarkable standard of hospitality. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail, with strong communication and problem-solving skills that create memorable experiences for every guest.

Job Requirements
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Completion of an apprenticeship program or a college program in hospitality or hotel management or similar preferred.
Experience working in the Bow Valley is an asset.
One year experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
A commitment to providing great guest service with a smile.
