Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Filling orders with speed, rhythm, and precision to keep our guests’ taste buds dancing.
• Crafting culinary creations with passion and precision, ensuring every dish is a fiesta on a plate; and handling any kitchen
hiccups with grace and swiftly resolving complaints.
• Mastering the art of timing, ensuring that each dish is cooked to perfection and served with a side of ¡Olé!
• Sharing your thorough menu knowledge of our dishes and preparation techniques; seeing to it that every guest experience
is nothing short of remarkable.
• Championing food safety and following procedures to ensure our guests can enjoy their meals worry-free.
• Communicating effectively with other kitchen staff members to coordinate tasks, and maintaining a smooth flow of
operations.
• Keeping the kitchen firing on all cylinders, proactively restocking ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized
workspace.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
• 1-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, honing your skills in food preparation and kitchen
operations.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety protocols, ensuring efficient and safe food
preparation.
• Passion for Mexican cuisine, with a genuine enthusiasm for embracing and contributing to Añejo’s culinary vision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, maintaining accuracy and consistency in food preparation and
presentation.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude, always ready to lend a hand and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture that
keeps the energy high and the food flowing.
