While You Were Out Inc. is locally owned and operated by Michael and Jennifer Roycroft of Canmore Alberta. Michael has an Hon. BA in Recreation and Business and a Masters in Public Administration with over 30 years work experience in the private, non-profit and public sectors. In addition to operating WYWO, Michael works in a leadership role in the public sector. Jennifer has over 10 years experience in administration and customer service in a variety of professional sectors.
