Here I serve customers and prepare food and beverage items in a fast paced environment. I learned to adapt quickly to the flow of this café, and use my skill set to provide quality service to customers. I maintain a clean work station, while working efficiently with my team.

Responsible for collecting surveys from large customer groups for several film distribution companies. Working solo required high levels of responsibility, effective time management and problem solving skills in order to ensure all KPI targets were reached consistently. Extensively developed my customer service skils to better suit a range of demographics and audience types.

I Assisted customers in making sales at the showbag pavillion at the ekka, a show that attracts an estimate of 400,000 people each year. I kept track of stock and notified back of house staff when items were running low. I Packed showbags for customers, and prepacked during low times. I needed to ensure my work station was clean and tidy so others could navigate it. Communication with other staff members was vital, as were my customer service skills
