Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, keeps things clean and organized, and wants to build their skills in a professional kitchen. You’ll help keep our dish area running smoothly while supporting basic prep tasks during service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish pit and surrounding kitchen areas
Assist with basic food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and stocking
Follow all health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation
Take out garbage and recycling, sweep/mop kitchen floors, and support daily cleaning duties
Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth and efficient service
Jump in wherever needed—this is a team-first position

No prior kitchen experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to stay focused and organized during busy shifts
Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, hot environment
Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team
Understanding of basic food safety and cleanliness standards (training provided)
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
