Job Description
We are looking for reliable and motivated Back of House team members to support daily kitchen operations at The Boss Restaurant. This role involves assisting with food preparation, cooking, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and working with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, follows food safety standards, and contributes positively to a team-focused kitchen.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, and direction from kitchen leadership
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
