Job Description
Our Guest Services team is at the centre of the guest experience at Storm Mountain Lodge. This is a varied position that combines front desk responsibilities with some serving in our lounge and restaurant and general support around the lodge.
Duties include welcoming and checking in guests, assisting with reservations and guest questions, answering phones and emails, processing payments, and helping guests with information about the lodge and surrounding area. Guest Services staff also help serve drinks and meals in our lounge and restaurant as needed.
Because we are a small, historic lodge, we work as a close-knit team and everyone helps out where needed. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable and comfortable working independently while providing warm, professional service.
Full-time hours are available, with staff accommodation on site in Banff National Park.

Job Requirements
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay
Check guests in and out and process payments
Manage reservations, changes and guest requests
Answer telephone calls and respond to guest emails
Provide information about the lodge, Banff National Park and the surrounding area
Assist with guest concerns and resolve routine issues
Serve drinks and meals in the lounge and restaurant as required
Take food and beverage orders and process restaurant payments
Prepare the lounge and guest areas for service and keep them clean and presentable
Assist with gift shop and retail sales
Restock front desk, lounge and guest supplies
Communicate guest requests and important information to housekeeping, kitchen and management
Help maintain a welcoming, clean and organized main lodge
Assist with other lodge duties as needed in our small, team-oriented operation
