We are looking for enthusiastic customer service focus individuals who enjoy having fun at work and want a career with excellent advancement opportunities. A Casino Tables Dealer provides a professional gaming experience to our guests combining excellent customer service skills with proficiency in operating the table games.

Key Accountabilities:
• Provide an inviting atmosphere to all guests to promote game play
• Operate table games with accuracy and compliance to AGLC Terms and Conditions
• Control pace of play to efficient yet comfortable pace for guests
• Respond to guest issues and escalate as required
• Monitor chips and cash
• Payout winning hands with accuracy
• Ensure the integrity of the game
• Observes problematic gaming guest behavior and report to supervisors
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements

• Grade 10 education or suitable combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• 12 months’ work experience; dealing experience an asset
• Criminal Record Clearance mandatory
• AGLC smart training certification and gaming license mandatory (must be obtained prior to dealing on gaming floor and is not a prerequisite to employment)
