Job Description
Keep our mountain town moving this winter! We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and safety-conscious Skid Steer Operator to join our commercial snow management team for the upcoming season.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently clear snow from commercial parking lots, walkways, and designated sites using a skid steer.
Safely haul and transport skid steers and snow equipment to and from job sites using a truck and trailer.
Secure loads properly using chains, binders, and straps in compliance with safety regulations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on both the vehicle/trailer combination and the equipment.

Job Requirements
Minimum 200 hours of documented operational experience on a skid steer.
Proficient in hauling, backing up, and securing heavy equipment on a trailer.
Must be available for early morning shifts, late nights, and weekend call-outs based on weather conditions.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Strong safety focus and ability to work effectively in winter conditions.
