Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ski school, ensuring a safe, organized, and high-quality experience for guests and staff. Support and supervise instructors and guest services teams, manage daily lesson operations and scheduling, respond to guest needs and concerns, and ensure programs run efficiently in a fast-paced mountain environment. Serve as a key point of contact between the ski school, resort departments, guests, and instructors while providing leadership, operational support, and exceptional customer service throughout the winter season.

You will work closely with the department supervisors and management on a day to day basis. You need to be able to switch naturally between working independently on tasks to taking direction when appropriate. Our culture and working environment in the snow school is what makes work enjoyable for the whole team. Your responsibility as a supervisor is to lead by example and help support this process consistently throughout the season.

This is a dynamic role in a mountain environment where priorities can shift throughout the day. While strong organization and supervisory skills are important, the ability to adapt to changes in weather, bookings, staffing, technology, and guest needs is equally valuable. The ideal candidate is comfortable adjusting plans, solving problems as they arise, and maintaining a positive and professional approach when circumstances change.
