Job Description
We’re looking for an outgoing and self-motivated person to join our @mountainlittles baby boutique / @hijinx toy shop/ @snugglebug baby gear rentals team to help with all day-to-day operations of the store. This is permanent position, working 4-5 days/week and must be available weekends.
What your days could look like:
– Helping the best customers and the cutest babies + kids
– Merchandising and light cleaning to make the shop look pretty
– Creating and posting content on social media accounts
– Receiving and organizing inventory (able to lift 50 lbs)
– Opening and closing the store including cash reconciliation

Job Requirements
Musts:
- Friendly and non-judgmental approach to providing amazing customer care
- Contribute to an inclusive and safe space
- Natural relationship builder. We strive to provide a personal customer service experience building relationships based on trust and connection
- Proactive, common-sense problem solving and great listening
- Comfortable with technology including POS and inventory systems
- An eye for merchandising and creating beautiful displays
Bonus:
- Have experience with kids (parenting, education, childcare, etc) and have product knowledge/familiarity with the brands we carry
- Love to stay on top of trends
- Your tech experience includes Shopify, Canva, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Social media savvy (IG, Tik Tok, Facebook)

Compensation:
- $22-24/hour (commensurate with experience and depending on contractor or employee)
