Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files
• Communicate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned – usually helping with payroll, hour bank, rrsp contribution, benefits , invoice entry , cash receipt entry

Work Conditions & Additional Information
• This position is not remote; on-site presence is required
• Employer does not provide staff accommodation

Job Requirements

• High school (post secondary) diploma required
• Previous 1 year experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role in Canadian Financial Institution
• Mandatory experience with Viewpoint Spectrum and Trimble Traqspera
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Adobe, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and math skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada .
