Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and guest-focused Reservations & Sales Agent to join our team for the upcoming season.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, helping them plan meaningful experiences, and guiding them through the booking process with care and confidence. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests — answering inquiries, recommending the right tour options, managing reservations, and ensuring every detail is handled smoothly from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with sales — someone who understands that great service and strong sales go hand in hand. If you enjoy building relationships, communicating clearly, and being part of a passionate tourism team, we’d love to hear from you.
