Job Description

The job entails the tuning and maintenance of skis and snowboards. This includes general customer skis/snowboards, race skis, and a rental fleet. The ski maintenance will include operating a Montana ski tuning robot machine, base repair, edge sharpening (finishing by hand with files on race skis) and waxing. Ski binding mounting will also be required. GearUp prides itself on consistent and precise tuning. We offer the best tuning in the Bow Valley.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year experience in the ski tuning industry. Must have worked with tuning machines (Montana or Wintersteiger) and all equipment required to tune and fix skis and snowboards. Some hand tuning skills will be preferred. The individual must be able to work with a team and work on their own to meet deadlines. GearUp has one of the most advanced tuning systems in Western Canada.
