Job Description
Design Loft Canmore specializes in custom blinds, drapery, and wallpaper. We work closely with homeowners, designers, and builders to create beautiful, functional window covering solutions. Our team values exceptional service, and a welcoming client experience. We are looking for an organized, friendly team member who enjoys supporting clients and working in a creative environment.
This is a dynamic role combining client service, administration, design support, and business operations.
– Assist clients in the showroom
– Provide support with various administrative tasks
– Prepare quotations and invoices for clients
– Complete paperwork related to client orders and installations
– Assist with site visits and measuring for projects
– Assist with marketing project and regular social media postings

Job Requirements
Skills:
- Aptitude for interior design
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and POS software for sales transactions
- Previous sales experience
- Account management skills for client interactions and relationship-building
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellence in customer service
