Job Description

The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the front-of-house team, assisting servers in providing exceptional service to our guests. The Server Assistant plays a key role in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable dining experience. Hunter is Concorde Group’s newest venture—an exciting opportunity for those eager to build new relationships and be part of opening a brand-new restaurant. Job Requirements

Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is considered an asset.
Knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to multitask and stay organized during busy times.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy items (such as trays or large stacks of dishes) for extended periods, up to eight hours.
Ability to receive feedback and absorb training in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping others.
Basic math skills, can handle money, and operate a point-of-sale system.
Valid liquor service certification obtained within 30 days of starting.
Must be over 18 as alcohol service and open scheduling availability is a requirement.
