Job Description
The Bartender is responsible for providing excellent guest service and for preparing and serving a variety of different beverages. Hunter is Concorde Group’s newest venture—an exciting opportunity for those eager to build new relationships and be part of opening a brand-new restaurant. If you thrive in dynamic environments and want to help shape something from the ground up, this role is for you.

Job Requirements
-Minimum of one year bartending experience in a comparable environment is preferred
-Knowledge of drink recipes, spirits, beer, and wine
-Knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
-Excellent communication and customer service skills with ability to establish and develop relationships with team members, partners, and customers.
-Basic math skills, ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
-Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
-Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
-Must be over 18 as alcohol service and open scheduling availability is a requirement
-Valid Liquor Service Certification, can be obtained within 30 days of starting.
