Job Description
Black Bear Builders is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our construction team. This role involves performing high-quality residential renovation and remodeling work, with a strong focus on structural carpentry, interior finishing, and precise installation tasks. The carpenter will work on projects that include framing adjustments, trim and millwork, cabinetry support, and general site improvements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, measuring and cutting materials accurately, ensuring level and plumb installations, troubleshooting site conditions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
