Job Description
Moraine Lake Bus Company is adding a Reservations Agent to our summer team. We provide scheduled shuttle service to visitors looking to explore Lake Louise and Moraine Lake in summer. We are a fast-growing local-owned company with an all-star team, looking for people who are ambitious and get after it.

– Advise guests on shuttles, make reservations and receive payments within our booking system.
– Deliver outstanding customer service by being warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming to all guests over phone, email and in-person.

– Occasionally drive the bus to Moraine Lake/Lake Louise when needed.
