We’re looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role and grow within a high-performing kitchen. You’ll support daily operations, guide the team through service, and help deliver consistently exceptional food.

What You’ll Do:
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Lead and motivate line cooks during service, ensuring pace and execution
Step in to run stations as needed with precision and consistency
Uphold recipes, plating standards, and kitchen systems at all times
Assist with training, coaching, and developing junior team members
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service readiness across all stations
Communicate clearly and effectively with both BOH and FOH teams
Assist with ordering, inventory management, and waste control
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of experience in elevated or high-volume dining environments
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a kitchen setting
Strong technical skills in grilling, sautéing, and butchery
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in execution and plating
A calm, focused presence with strong leadership and communication skills
A team-first mindset with the ability to mentor and support others
A deep respect for quality, timing, and guest experience
Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Experience with inventory, ordering, and kitchen systems is an asset
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs
