Job Description

We’re seeking a Butcher to join us at Banff Hospitality Collective! Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues and counting. All our venues are unique in their own right but have a few things in common: 1. They are all located in downtown Banff. 2. Serve amazing food and beverage 3. What You’ll Do:

Assist in butchery operations across Banff Hospitality Collective venues
Work with the Chef team to maintain kitchen organization, efficiency, and quality standards
Manage food records, minimize waste, and ensure proper food storage
Enforce sanitary practices, maintain kitchen and butchery equipment, and ensure compliance with regulations
Perform other assigned duties

Job Requirements

1 - 2 years of culinary
Butchery certification is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards for H&S practices
You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of effective communication and workplace culture
Flexible schedule required
A valid driver’s license is considered an asset, but not required
