Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and guest-focused Relief Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This is a key overnight role ensuring everything runs smoothly while the hotel sleeps – from guest check-ins to financial accuracy and property safety.
As Night Auditor, you’ll be the main point of contact overnight, delivering excellent guest service while also managing essential behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep the operation running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Welcome late arrivals and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Respond to guest needs, calls, and special requests in a professional manner
Complete nightly audit procedures, including balancing transactions and preparing reports
Ensure accurate financial reconciliation within the Property Management System
Support guest safety and property security throughout the night
Provide helpful local information and maintain a calm, welcoming presence
Carry out system updates and basic administrative tasks

Job Requirements
A friendly, self-motivated team player with a strong guest service mindset
Comfortable working independently on overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
Strong data entry skills, numerical accuracy, and analytical ability
Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
Previous front desk or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
A willingness to learn and grow within the role
